Beef burgers
Ingredients.

1 small onion.
2 gloves of garlic
500g minced beef
1 egg
salt and pepper.
a little oil.

Method.

1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
2. Mix these with a little salt and more pepper.
3. Beat egg in a separate bowl and add to beef.
4. Mould the meat into flat cakes and spread oil onto each side.
5. Cook on a medium to high grill until brown on both sides, to check that they
    are thoroughly cooked check with the tip of a knife, inside meat should also be
    brown.
